What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact form
Our contact form is used to facilitate users’ contact with their BITIÈSSE consultant.
If you choose to provide us with personal information – such as in an email or by filling out a form and sending it to us through the site – we will use that information to respond to your message and to help us obtain the information you request. BITIÈSSE does not collect personal information for commercial marketing or distribution to private organizations.
The information submitted via the contact form on our website is sent to the institutional email address of the consultant responsible for following your company.
Cookies
If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be set to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, some cookies will be set to store your session information and your screen view choices. The login cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your session will persist for two weeks. When you log out, the login cookies will be removed.

How long is your data retained
For registered users on our site, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. The user may at any time request via email geral@bitiesse.pt that they wish to view, edit, or delete their personal information. Site administrators may also view and edit this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can send an email to geral@bitiesse.pt asking to receive an export file of the personal data stored about you, including any personal data you have indicated. You can also request that the saved data be deleted. This does not include any personal data that is required to be kept for administrative, legal or security purposes.

We protect your personal data from risks associated with data processing, in particular unauthorised access, utilisation or publication. For this purpose we have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place that are in line with the latest technological standards.
